What we have today as Goodwill Group of companies, a conglomerate made up of 5 different subsidiaries all started as Nikombui Nigel Accounting Enterprise on the 15th of November 2013, at Sossolisso Buea in the South West region of Cameroon, with a capital of 10.000.000 FCFA and 3 staff. The main activities of the firm were centred on assisting petty traders with record keeping of their business and establishment of financial reports that enabled them to determine the performance of their business on a periodic basis in order to make informed decisions that would improve their business on the one hand and acting as a mediator between tax officials to seek better measures of encouraging taxpayers, rather than enforcing harsh punitive measures that will rather scare the taxpayers, which could lead to tax evasion while some considered closing down the businesses altogether.
